Snacking between three meals a day is a resolute and inevitable tradition for most of us. A day without a snack is pretty unusual. Yep, we cannot live without them. Whether it be during times of sudden pangs of hunger or when you are stuck cramming for exams or knee-deep in work or during the routine evening tea time, snacks have always come to our rescue. Also, yeah, they are among one of those heroes who don't wear a cape.
